Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful, green setting that felt like a jungle. The rooms provide a good level of comfort and privacy, although they could definitely use some updates. The service was attentive and polite, but I did feel a bit overwhelmed by the upselling of extras. The location is great, being so close to Playa del Carmen and the beach, which was a major plus for my trip.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, with clean and comfortable accommodations and a friendly, attentive staff. The location is great, just a quick stroll to the beach, which I loved. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, particularly with more variety in breakfast offerings. While the pool area was lovely, I did notice that the Wi-Fi wasn't included in the price, which was a bit of a downer.
I had a great time at the hotel due to its excellent location near the beach and downtown attractions. The staff was friendly, but the rooms left something to be desired, needing urgent refurbishment. The dining experience was limited during my stay, as some restaurants were closed. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but improvements are definitely needed in several areas.
The hotel is in a lovely area just south of Playa Del Carmen, surrounded by beautiful, well-kept grounds. The rooms are nice and cozy but I did notice a significant gap under the door, which was a bit of a downside. The staff is incredibly friendly and really goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. However, I did hear from others that some guests received double beds instead of king size, which might be worth checking on if you have specific preferences.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, although there were a few hiccups. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the center and close to the beach, which I absolutely loved. The rooms were simple and comfortable, but I did experience an issue with the A/C leaking. The service varied; while some staff were super friendly, I did encounter a few issues that left a sour note during my stay. Overall, it offered good value for money for the location, but some improvements are definitely needed in certain areas.
The hotel had a nice location close to the beach and Quinta Avenida, making it easy to explore. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some renovations, but they preserved some natural features which was nice. The staff was friendly, though at times it felt a bit pushy with the tour sales. Overall, it’s a decent option for a relaxing stay, but not without its quirks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which had a nice location surrounded by lush jungle and a peaceful atmosphere. The service was decent but lacked some attention to detail. The rooms, while comfortable, felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Although the dining options were satisfactory, I felt some healthy choices were missing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there's room for improvement.
The hotel is beautifully set with nature all around and has a very friendly atmosphere. However, our rooms could use major refurbishment as they felt musty and damp, especially considering the price for superior accommodations. While the staff was mostly helpful, their rudeness at times was a letdown. Overall, the location close to Playa del Carmen is a big plus, but the dining options really need improvement.
The hotel has a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. However, the parking lot could be improved; it felt cluttered with construction equipment. Overall, it's a great value for the price, especially with the lovely surroundings.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the center. The rooms were decent, but they lacked some basics like hot water and a coffee station. The staff really made our stay memorable with their attentive service and fun activities. However, I would recommend avoiding rooms in the middle of the building due to the connecting doors. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
